Pick whichever of these fits — they all reach a real person on the committee, and anything sent to the wrong one gets passed on.
Joining, renewing, or anything about your membership
Membership Secretary — membership@marchac.co.uk
Joining, renewals, England Athletics registration, junior membership, changes to your details, and anything that has gone wrong with a payment.
Ready to join? You can do it online: join or renew for 2026/27.
Our races, entries and volunteering
Race team — races@marchac.co.uk
The Hereward Relay and Ultra, the Summer Run, relay teams, and offers to marshal. If you are not running, marshalling is the easiest way to be useful and the best place to watch from.
Welfare and safeguarding
Welfare Officer — welfare@marchac.co.uk
If something has happened at the club that worries you, or you are concerned about another member, this is the person to tell. You can raise something in confidence, and you do not have to be certain before you say something.
If someone is in immediate danger, call 999 rather than emailing.
The committee, and everything else
Chair — chair@marchac.co.uk
Club business, sponsorship, press, anything you are not sure where to send, and requests about your personal data under our privacy notice.
You can see who holds each role on the committee page.
